Responsibilities

Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, referral management, trigger assessments, candidate vetting, interview scheduling and logistics, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and other relevant recruitment systems, and offer and onboarding trackers
Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process, i.e. accurate note taking, event management, summer program preparation and execution, manage expenses including candidate/intern travel
Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with oversight for data integrity and accuracy as required within set deadlines
Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. marketing collateral vendors) and other account stakeholders
Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
Travel to support recruiting events and conferences as needed

Required

Effective English business communication skills, written and oral
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment

Preferred

Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems
Project management
Providing solutions on out-of-scope task and consulting with senior coordinator/leads
Familiarity with Financial Services
