Business Development Manager
XCMG Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance their market presence. The role involves gathering market insights, providing product optimization suggestions, supporting international bids, and enabling key accounts and channels to foster market expansion.
Responsibilities
Market Insight Reporting: Gather information on regional macro policies, industry trends, and competitor activities to formulate market insight and competitive analysis reports
Product Optimization Suggestions: Based on user feedback and proactive research, provide suggestions for product optimization or development to relevant departments
Bid Support: Support international market bidding activities by coordinating technical Q&A, document responses, and commercial policy support
Order Resource Assurance: Verify the accuracy of order configurations, pricing, and delivery timelines. Facilitate seamless order transmission throughout the entire process and ensure production resource allocation based on inventory status
Key Account & Channel Enablement: Visit overseas clients to understand their needs, provide product training, empower distribution channels, and support market expansion and development
Other Duties: Support promotional events, host important clients, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of sales experience
Broad perspective, strong learning agility and innovation mindset, excellent execution skills, effective communication abilities, diligence, and strong resilience under work pressure
Preferred
Sales experience in construction machinery (e.g., loaders) is preferred
