Responsibilities
Define and deploy the operations strategy across multi-site retail and e-commerce channels; align KPIs, OKRs, and budgets with executive priorities
Own P&L performance for operations; develop annual budgets, run variance analysis, and implement cost-control programs to improve gross margin and reduce shrink
Optimize end-to-end supply chain and inventory processes—forecasting, replenishment, receiving, and distribution—to improve in-stock levels and turnover
Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and ongoing supplier performance management to secure sustainable, local, and cost-effective sourcing
Implement and improve operational systems (ERP, POS, inventory tools), process playbooks, and reporting to increase operational velocity and visibility
Build, coach, and scale a high-performing operations team with clear roles, accountability, and continuous-improvement practices across stores and fulfillment

Strong analytical orientation with experience using ERP/POS and business intelligence tools to drive decisions
