The Director of Facilities will lead all aspects of facilities management, ensuring assets are maintained and operations receive best-in-class facilities support as the company scales rapidly.

Responsibilities

Lead facilities department strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and operational needs

Oversee remodel and preventative maintenance programs across all restaurants

Manage vendor selection, onboarding, contracts, service-level agreements, and compliance

Support Operations by coordinating repairs, warranty issues, and service requests

Utilize CMMS platforms (e.g., Service Channel, RESQ) to track assets, maintenance, budgets, and reporting

Analyze expenses, prepare cost-saving reports, and reconcile invoices with AP

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CERs, backflow notices)

Manage inventory of fast-replacement parts and oversee commissary maintenance

Partner with Construction to transition new store openings into facilities programs

Provide monthly R&M budget data and reporting for senior leadership

Manage utility rebate programs and capital expense processes

Travel: Will be required as a part of the position. (25%)

Work with Construction to receive new stores as they come online

Provide setup for equipment scanning so Operations can execute product repairs once restaurant is open

Review best practices with Operations to properly maintain the restaurant

Interact with individuals and groups at all levels within the Company

Help manage relationships with vendors providing service to the restaurant; ensures vendors comply with the contract requirements
