Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage purchasing and inventory for hardware components, subassemblies, and finished goods
ERP & Data Management: Maintain and update records in our ERP system—including purchase orders, receipts, and inventory adjustments—ensuring data accuracy across all supply chain processes
Contract Manufacturer Coordination: Collaborate with contract manufacturers to track build progress, resolve supply issues, and ensure on-time delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, engineering, and customer service teams to support cross-team initiatives and projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related field
1+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

Experience managing purchasing and inventory within NetSuite
Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, or hardware-based industries
Hands-on experience working with contract manufacturers and external suppliers
