Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative B2B

The role involves cold calling, prospecting new businesses, and managing the sales pipeline to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Cold call and prospect new businesses to generate sales opportunities
Follow up with inbound leads and nurture potential clients
Help build and maintain a sales pipeline to support territory growth goals
Assist customers with quotes and order processing while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and B2B sales
3+ years in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service with a sales focus
Competitive drive with a hunter mentality for new business
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems
