Responsibilities
Develop and execute national channel sales strategies aligned with company goals and product lines
Lead, coach, and support a team focused on distributor growth and performance
Manage key distributor and IMR relationships and serve as a senior point of contact
Establish distributor account plans and growth strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets
Drive end-user demand through joint sales calls, ride-alongs, and targeted account planning
Collaborate with inside sales and marketing on lead generation, campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
Monitor pipeline, forecasts, inventory health, and key performance metrics
Conduct regular business reviews and provide accurate reporting and forecasts to leadership
Stay current on industrial safety market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–7 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or account management within manufacturing or industrial markets
Experience developing channel partners and selling direct to end users
Familiarity with industrial safety distributors and buying groups
Ability to travel 40–60%
Preferred
Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales tools
