This position supports the upkeep of the City's twenty-five parks and twenty-nine miles of recreation trails, helping ensure clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for the community.

Responsibilities
Perform general labor to maintain and repair parks, playgrounds, trails, and related amenities
Assist with City-sponsored special events, private facility reservations, and special projects as assigned
Operate light equipment, power tools, motorized equipment, and City vehicles; perform minor equipment maintenance as needed
Provide courteous customer service by informing and educating park visitors on park policies and procedures
Perform limited snow removal during winter months to support safe access to City facilities
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully authorized to work in the United States
Must possess a valid Missouri motor vehicle operator's license
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift more than 75 pounds
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
