Joint Training Integrator
SAIC is seeking a Joint Training Integrator located at Camp Smith in Hawaii to support the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Chief of Exercise Plans and Joint Training Division. The role involves coordinating joint training initiatives to enhance interoperability across the services and managing documentation and metrics related to military exercises.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with INDOPACOM Staff, service components, and subordinate commands to ensure seamless integration of service exercises with joint operational exercises
Integrate J75 exercise equities with J5 country strategy and plans
Manage documentation, metrics, and reports using military information systems
Oversee operational-level joint training exercise programs aligned with USINDOPACOM objectives
Provide input for training assessments, exercise summary reports (ESRs) and after-action reviews (AARs)
Evaluate training effectiveness, recommend enhancements, and prepare briefings for senior leaders
Ensure compliance with DoD and USINDOPACOM policies and directives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
Experience in a Joint Billet or on a Combatant Command staff
Knowledge of joint training doctrine (CJCSI 3500 series) and campaign planning
Proven experience with large-scale training exercises
Skilled in working with military information and messaging systems
Experienced with travel in the INDOPACOM AOR
Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Must be a current US Citizen
Preferred
Strategic thinker with firsthand operational experience in joint military environments
Comfortable briefing high-ranking military and civilian personnel
Able to translate strategic objectives into executable training scenarios
