Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including the management of revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance
Lead a team committed to an exceptional quality of service
Ensure that your technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets
Mentor your sales team so to be on track to exceed their goals and grow our business
Manage budgets, forecasts, and use your profit and loss statement to act and monitor the health of your branch
Demonstrate and uphold our company's mission and values with accountability
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a team
Effectively operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, other web-based portals)
Ability to pass any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
Accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
Possess current Driver's License
Meets company driving standards
High school degree or equivalency
Basic math skills
