Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven tools: concept, launch, optimization
Design, refine, and manage prompt libraries to maximize LLM performance, accuracy, and tone
Collaborate across engineering, marketing, operations, and leadership to embed AI into workflows
Configure, test, and optimize AI SaaS platforms like Attention.com and Vapi.ai
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI models and workflows
Lead A/B testing, prompt evaluations, and QA processes to ensure high-quality outputs
Monitor KPIs, track ROI, and drive continuous AI product improvements
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, LLM updates, and automation opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Product Management with hands-on Prompt Engineering experience
Advanced knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Conversational AI
Expertise in prompt optimization techniques (few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, RAG, structured patterns)
Familiarity with AI model selection based on task type and business goals
Strong skills in experiment design, evaluation, and output testing
Experience integrating AI into customer support, sales enablement, or operations
Working knowledge of API integrations, workflow automation, and AI-driven analytics
Comfort with Python or JavaScript for testing and automation scripts
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work in a 100% remote environment
