Responsibilities
Assisting the store manager in administering and managing day to day operations as it pertains to staffing, customer relations, inventory, and the overall security of the business assets
Ensuring optimal coverage including days, nights, and weekends
Working mostly opposite shifts from the store manager to ensure adequate management coverage
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is required
Management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Time management skills
Problem-solving skills
Frequent speaking in order to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly and professionally
Able to hear average or normal conversations in order to receive ordinary information
Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to be able to operate machinery and inspect both documents and products
Physical strength: able to lift up to 50lbs
Be able to stand 4-8 hours without sitting
Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work
Must be at least 18 years or older
