Responsibilities

You will be required to routinely interface with all levels of management and government customers
Must be able to understand, implement and ensure compliance with the DoD Manual 5205.07 –32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directive
Provide security guidance regarding program operations
Develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and addendums, Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), etc
Create, update and administer security education, training and awareness to include program indoctrinations and debriefings
Conduct self-inspections and recommend / implement corrective actions
Prepare for and participate in government inspections, as well as implement corrective actions
Program administrative work: personnel processing, visitor control, conducting program related investigations, TS accountability, dispatching and receiving program documents/material and resolving other related program security issues
Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers and senior management across multiple program sites and business units
Assist in presentation preparation for program status and reviews (internal and external)
Ensure compliance with applicable government and company regulations

Required

Five (5) to Seven (7) years related experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four (4) years)
Current Top Secret Clearance within the 5 year CV date
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact effectively with DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative requiring minimal supervision
Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR)
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, or weekends to support critical mission milestones
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Strong knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred

Familiar with Automated Information Systems and Classification Management
Experience with Special Access Programs (SAPs) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
COMSEC certification
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
