Responsibilities
Own revenue and margin targets for assigned U.S. territories by managing and expanding strategic retail, wholesale, and institutional accounts
Develop and execute a scalable sales plan: identify pipeline opportunities, qualify leads, and close new B2B partnerships (grocers, co-ops, foodservice, and e-commerce channels)
Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and promotional programs to maximize shelf placement, velocity, and profitability
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, and e-commerce teams to launch assortments, seasonal promotions, and joint marketing initiatives
Use CRM and sales analytics to forecast, report KPIs, and present monthly performance and growth strategies to senior leadership
Coach and mentor junior sales representatives and coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure on-time delivery and account satisfaction
