Responsibilities
Deliver Top-Notch Service: Impress our customers with your upbeat attitude and dedication to quality service
Drive & Load With Care: Collaborate with your team to safely and efficiently operate and load trucks
Remove Unwanted Items: Tackle both light and heavy lifting during residential and commercial cleanouts
Promote Sales: Be a brand ambassador—offer honest estimates and represent us with professionalism
Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines and always maintain a polished, uniformed appearance
Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid standard driver's license required
Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs. repeatedly
Preferred
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is preferred
