Application Architect Support Lead

Support Application Architect and translate business needs into technical solutions
Develop work plans, monitor workflows, and ensure timely project execution
Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Lead teams, coordinate activities, and provide guidance
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise risk policies
Qualification
Required
13 – 20 Years of experience
Strong .NET expertise
Extensive experience in core banking systems
Payment module experience (ACH, Wire, Bill Pay, Online Banking)
7+ years supporting enterprise applications with .NET expertise
Strong experience with core banking and payment systems
Business-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Application performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and capacity planning
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
Advanced training/certification in application domain
Experience in commercial banking and enterprise-scale transformation
