Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), including HVAC, lighting, building automation, and renewable energy systems
Supervise site audits and investment-grade assessments to identify savings opportunities, perform data analysis, and establish consumption baselines
Develop financial proformas and deal structures to ensure projects meet ROI targets and performance guarantees
Lead the preparation of technical and commercial RFP responses, ensuring all infrastructure upgrades align with client sustainability and operational goals
Serve as the primary technical point of contact between engineering teams, financial partners, and client decision-makers
Prepare detailed scopes of work and manage competitive bidding processes to obtain accurate project pricing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in Energy Service Performance Contracting (ESPC) or complex design-build construction
Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical/electrical systems, boilers, chillers, building envelope, and energy simulation software
Exceptional technical writing, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation is highly preferred
Knowledge of Measurement and Verification (M&V) procedures
Proven track record in managing internal engineering teams and external subcontractors
A demonstrated passion for renewable energy, facility resilience, and the built environment
