Responsibilities
Uphold the mission and core values of Circle of Care
Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping
Support preparation of monthly financial reports and grant expense tracking
Help review invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
Conduct research on financial best practices, funding requirements, and reporting processes
Assist with audits by organizing and preparing supporting documentation
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Finance Department
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Empathetic, creative, and resourceful
Flexible, organized and reliable
