Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Real Estate team (excluding VP support)
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Handle travel arrangements, booking, approvals, and expense processing
Manage conference room reservations and meeting logistics
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and comparison (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Support matter management processes, including partnering with outside counsel and handling billing tasks
Assign matters to outside counsel and maintain accurate data entry
Manage legal data, filing, and records in accordance with department standards
Support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
Monitor and manage the LPA team inbox, triaging questions and routing inquiries appropriately
Partner with internal stakeholders and external legal teams to coordinate matters and maintain consistent communication
Calendar management for assigned attorneys and paralegals
Administrative organization and prioritization support
LPA inbox management and response
General administrative tasks, document handling, and tracking
Coordination with internal and external partners
Support ongoing reporting cycles

Required

3+ years of administrative or legal administrative experience
1–3 years of relevant legal administrative experience (law firm, in‑house, government, or related environment)
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-sufficiency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience managing complex calendars and administrative workflows
Familiarity with legal terminology, processes, and documentation
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Expert-level administrative support, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred

Prior experience as a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) strongly preferred
