Knowledge of private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions, and private securities offerings is a plus
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
2 to 3 years of corporate experience
Experience with private company mergers and acquisitions
