The Portfolio Manager I - Agribusiness Credit will be responsible for loan structuring of agribusiness credits, underwriting and servicing existing customers, and developing analysis for potential customers.

Responsibilities
Develops and organizes loan applicant information for review and analysis by loan officers and inputs pertinent loan data into credit delivery system
Responsible for the monitoring and servicing of existing agribusiness accounts including the monitoring of reporting requirements and covenant compliance
Assists in all aspects of agribusiness lending including working closely with relationship managers and management to establish loan structure, produce credit analysis packages and to review loan documentation
Works closely with staff to develop their understanding of the credit analysis and underwriting of agribusiness credits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, agricultural business/economics, business administration or a related field or equivalent experience
Two (2) or more years of experience in the administration and credit underwriting of agribusiness loans
Experience in the analysis of complex credit packages and agribusiness operations
Excellent working knowledge of personal computers, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software and various loan analysis software programs
Understanding of accounting standards (cash and accrual) and credit policies and procedures
Familiarity with agricultural risk management practices and its functional use
Strong skills in financial statement analysis, forecasting, cash flow budgeting and collateral analysis
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to perform a variety of tasks with a certain degree of creativity and latitude
