Senior Applications Consultant - SAP OTC/SD Lead

Responsibilities
Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP implementations for the OTC/SD modules, serving as the primary liaison between business and technical delivery teams
Translate complex order-to-cash business requirements into scalable, high‑quality SAP solutions within SD, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, ATP, and Logistics Execution
Define and configure organizational structures, master data, pricing procedures, credit management, and ATP rules aligned with business needs
Support integrated business processes, including MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM across multi-national supply chains
Drive solution design workshops with business stakeholders, including directors and C‑level executives
Lead offshore/onshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality configuration, testing, and deployment
Own the development of WRICEF objects (functional specs) and drive integration testing, cutover, and go‑live readiness
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and cross-functional team members
Remain current on SAP S/4HANA Sales functionality, embedded analytics, and emerging innovations within the OTC domain
Travel weekly to client sites, as required by project delivery needs
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled and experienced SAP OTC/SD Lead
Deep expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Logistics Execution, and Integration across the OTC value chain
Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes
Experience with S/4HANA Sales (SD), Advanced ATP, Fiori, and large-scale SAP transformations
Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP implementations for the OTC/SD modules
Translate complex order-to-cash business requirements into scalable, high-quality SAP solutions within SD, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, ATP, and Logistics Execution

Deep functional expertise in SAP SD/OTC, including Order Management & Contract Management, Pricing & Condition Techniques, Billing & Revenue Recognition (SD-FI integration), Credit Management (FSCM), Delivery, Shipping, and Logistics Execution, ATP / Advanced ATP
Strong cross-functional understanding of MM, PP, FI, and procurement-to-pay and make-to-stock processes
Experience leading 2–3 full lifecycle SAP OTC/SD implementations
Sub-module or workstream lead across 5–8 SAP projects, preferably in global, multi-industry environments
Strong experience working with S/4HANA Sales, Fiori apps, Business Partner, and advanced pricing capabilities
Proven ability to lead large distributed teams in an onshore/offshore delivery model
Prior experience working in consulting or fast-paced transformation programs
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at executive levels
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to coach, guide, and mentor team members
Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel while maintaining high quality
Willingness to travel weekly based on project requirements
