Responsibilities
Assemble boxes and prepare packaging for products
Sew bags and ensure they are securely closed for shipment
Tag and seal all boxes, ensuring they are ready for distribution
Lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs and bags up to 55 lbs
Assist and provide direction to fellow team members as needed
Maintain a high level of agility to meet production targets and deadlines
Complete all tasks efficiently and with a strong focus on quality
Qualification
Required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent time management skills and a strong focus on productivity
High attention to detail with a commitment to meeting quality standards
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (boxes) and 55 lbs (bags)
Strong physical endurance and agility to meet the demands of the role
Preferred
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment
