Responsible for overseeing the Cardiac Lab Technicians, including staffing, training, development, and performance management

Support on-call responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Three years supervisory experience and/or past performance that demonstrates strong leadership skills, including successfully achieving process outcomes and improvement goals, performance coaching and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with others required
Must show consistency and confidentiality in dealing with human resource issues and maintain effective relationships with allied health staff, supervisory colleagues, physicians, and administrative leadership
Must be able to efficiently handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously
Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
Preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
