The Technical Designer will assist the Job Captain in producing construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes during the construction phase.

Responsibilities
Assist the Job Captain in the production of construction documents from cartoon set
Prepare all general project data sheets
Dimension all plans
Note & reference all materials & products
Draw undeveloped building & wall sections
Assemble project details
Apply applicable code requirements
Assist with back check
Assist with plan check corrections and consultant coordination
Transfer hand sketched unit floor plans and elevations into Revit
Assist the PM or JC with services during construction (issue ASI's, RFI's, and review shop drawings)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years Revit experience
Working knowledge of building construction Types I, III and V
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize & multi-task
Preferred
Multi-family experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred
