They are seeking a Workers Compensation Centralized Scheduling Representative to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services while supporting the Workers' Compensation Department.

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls from prospective, current, and past patients professionally and responding to their inquiries

Researching required information using available resources

Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management

Routing inbound calls to the appropriate clinics/personnel

Following up complicated customer calls, when required

Completing call notes and call reports as necessary

Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data

Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Workers Compensation insuranceRaintree EMRMicrosoft ApplicationsCustomer serviceAdministrative experienceCommunication skillsFast-paced environment

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year+ of experience with Workers Compensation insurance in a healthcare environment required

3-5 years administrative/office experience

Open availability, Monday through Friday – 7:30 am to 6:00 pm

Strong customer service experience

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Raintree EMR

Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with outpatient therapy

Technical expert in related computer applications

Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies

Able to maintain customer confidentiality

Self-motivated and ability to display initiative

Maintain proper and professional telephone voice and utilize proper telephone etiquette
