Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in architecture and engineering sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure successful project outcomes
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and outreach efforts
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the architecture and engineering sectors
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies
Strong understanding of restorations and renovations projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
