Responsibilities

Capture, decompose, and trace system level requirements

Analyze, define, and refine architectures and interfaces

Develop system structure and behavior

Collaborate with government stakeholders and internal engineering teams

Champion MBSE within our organization

Serve as primary POC to our customers for MBSE

Stay up to date on state of the art MBSE practices and technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience

3+ years experience developing models with SysML

Must be a US Citizen

Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher

Must be able to acquire a Top-Secret security clearance

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally from informal one-on-one discussions or in a small group environment

Work well within a team and independently with minimal supervision

Ability to work within a dynamic work environment, ability to handle multiple tasks at once (multi-task)

Strong desire to grow and learn new technologies
