Territory Sales Lead
Society Hill Digital is an expanding digital advertising company seeking a proven, self-motivated sales professional. The role focuses on generating new business and managing client relationships for their indoor digital display network and digital marketing services across the Philadelphia region.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Conduct in-person and virtual outreach to businesses across Philadelphia
Present, pitch, and sell advertising and marketing packages
Develop tailored advertising recommendations for prospects
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
Coordinate with marketing/design teams to create proposals and media materials
Oversee campaign execution and ensure client satisfaction
Track sales metrics, follow-ups, and performance
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to conduct regular in-person visits to local businesses
Organized and reliable with good follow-through
Driven, organized, and confident closing deals
Professional demeanor and entrepreneurial energy
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
2+ years of sales experience preferred but not required (media/advertising preferred)
