Responsibilities
Process 20+ orders daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in ERP systems (MAS/AX)
Collaborate with sales, finance, and fulfillment teams to resolve order-related issues
Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely shipping
Provide product and pricing information via email
Monitor priority orders to ensure smooth fulfillment
Serve as the primary point of contact for non-technical post-sale inquiries
Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and problem-solving
Manage the full order cycle to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in order entry, data entry, and Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP and CRM systems (MAS, Microsoft AX, Salesforce.com)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
Ability to learn quickly and deliver high-quality work
