Responsibilities
Lead design and development of Scalable AI Infrastructure including Experimentation and Evaluation Platforms
Provides technical leadership during code reviews for a solution/product area to ensure it meets the team's and Microsoft’s quality standards
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Collaborate across teams to align goals and deliverables
Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for the product and features

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
3+ years of technical leadership experience of designing and delivering large projects
4+ years of experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity and facilitating impactful outcomes
Proven experience in data science, including statistical analysis and model development
Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools for building and deploying intelligent solutions
