They are seeking an Inventory Specialist to support their operations team by managing equipment inventory, preparing supplies for delivery, and maintaining the warehouse.

Responsibilities
Receive, inspect and assemble all equipment; report any defected equipment
Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
Prepare supplies and equipment for delivery
Complete daily inventory reports and submit to management
Track all equipment in inventory system
Follow inventory control measures through min/max process
Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
Ensure that all paperwork is properly executed
Assist with loading for disbursement
Deliver and service products as needed
Perform other related tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Proficient computer skills
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs
Ability to interact effectively with patients
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, be detail oriented and organized
Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines
Required to be certified via internal certification process
