Responsibilities
Remove trash and debris from property grounds regularly to ensure the grounds are visually appealing at all times
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pools on property (we will train you on proper pool care if needed)
Maintain common areas by pressure washing exteriors and blowing leaves
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly
Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures
Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule
Ability to use a variety of equipment, such as blowers and pressure washers
Preferred
Previous grounds maintenance experience
