Responsibilities

Responsible for managing operations/activities ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through a warehouse and meeting customer delivery requirements

Establish and maintain appropriate processes and systems for measuring and reporting all necessary aspects of operational performance, and for establishing timely and thorough corrective action plans for underperforming areas of concern or delinquent development initiatives within agreed formats

Monitor, drive and lead the teams and daily warehouse activities

Responsible to drive and meet all regulatory requirements and meet operational needs

Responsible for all tasks and necessary actions to assure a proper process & communication flow within a site to meet departmental and company key results

Work to ensure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and quality

Properly organize, manage and develop direct reporting staff, and establish identification, development, and retention programs for all high-potential individuals

Manage and control departmental expenditures and identify expense reduction potentials in support of company key results

Plan, develop, and implement department goals in support of annual key results

Liaise and collaborate with other key stakeholders as well as ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements and company policies including but not limited to: Code of Conduct, Export Compliance, QA management / procedures and HS&E
