Qualification
Required
Proficient in Data Governance and implementing data policies to ensure compliance and security
Strong Analytical Skills for making data-driven decisions and identifying insights from complex datasets
Extensive experience in Data Management, focusing on storage, organization, and integration of healthcare-related data
Expertise in Data Quality, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and precision of datasets
Demonstrated abilities in Data Science, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics
Strong leadership skills to oversee cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
Experience in healthcare technology, understanding regulatory and compliance frameworks like HIPAA
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Healthcare Informatics
