Responsibilities
Generate and distribute customer invoices
Review contracts to verify we are invoicing according to contractual obligations
Review and develop billing processes
Research and reconcile customer accounts
Answer AR-related questions based on best practices and company policies
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Complete new vendor paperwork to facilitate customer payments
Provide guidance on applying customer payments
Navigate multiple databases and customer portals
Generate various reports as requested
Other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounts receivable experience
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Experience with billing and/or accounting software
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment
