Qualification
Required
Proficiency in design skills, including sketching, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
Knowledge of fashion and jewelry trends, materials, production processes, and sourcing
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate within design and production teams
A passion for fashion and accessories, with a creative and innovative mindset
Preferred
Previous experience in jewelry or fashion design is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion, or a related field is preferred but not required
