Responsibilities
Perform facilities-related preventative maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
For specialized tasks requiring contractors or property management, identify appropriate vendor(s), schedule the work, and ensure work is suitably completed
Interface with stakeholders throughout the facility (labs, office, etc.) to understand needs and identify solutions
Organize facility documentation: equipment manuals, building plans, SOPs, etc. Create documentation as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a large facility
Strong aptitude for learning
Prior experience working with and managing contractors is strongly desired
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
Self-starter who can work independently
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
