Responsibilities
Collaborate on the creation of reserve management systems, liquidity, and asset investment strategies in line with relevant regulations, including money transmission laws and the GENIUS Act
Develop, maintain, and optimize banking, custodian, and treasury relationships
Design, implement, and manage our reserve system and collateral framework
Drive the monitoring and internal reporting on token supply valuation and reserve assets
Lead digital asset tracking and on-chain and off-chain reconciliations
Generate balance sheets, reports, and financial statements to contribute to regulatory filings, external audit preparation, and licensing applications
Help develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for business growth and stress testing
Help develop and oversee the financial controls framework, cash flow management, and working capital optimization for off-chain operations
Create, document, streamline, and update accounting systems and standard operating procedures as needed
Collaborate on the selection and implementation of tools and software that address existing or projected needs to scale finance, accounting, and custody functions
Undertake ad hoc projects as we continue to grow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
4+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within fintech, digital assets/crypto, or financial services
Familiarity and experience with standard U.S. accounting practices, financial statement preparation, audit workpapers, and accounting systems design in a regulated environment
Proven experience in stablecoin, token-backed asset management, or digital asset finance
Knowledge and understanding of treasury operations, banking relationships, reserve management, and collateral frameworks
Deep knowledge of financial controls, cash-flow management, risk metrics, forecasting and modeling
Experience designing scalable finance and treasury processes
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
