Responsibilities

Work directly with Enterprise Regional Vice Presidents of Sales (RVPs) to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
Work with sales reps to create/edit decks, complete administrative activities for a set list of Enterprise accounts that allows our RVPs to focus on closing deals
Be a strong Team Lead, requiring thoughtful daily coaching and mentoring
Educate our prospective clients on the value of Hinge Health through personalized emails, phone calls and other targeted outreach
Conduct client and industry-specific research leveraging LinkedIn, prospect websites, AI chat tools, etc
Build a strong relationship with our marketing department

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
3+ years of experience in sales, sales support, SDR/BDR, must have understanding of B2B and B2C sales process and techniques
3+ years of experience in project management and working with cross functional teams
3+ years of experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io/Salesloft, 6Sense, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and tools
1+ year of coaching or management experience

Analytical (Data-driven): Conduct research to identify appropriate providers that align with the new product strategy
Coachability: Willingness to learn new strategies and always curious to learn ways of improving self and the team
Creativity: Eager to personalize messaging and take the effort to understand the nuances between our lines of businesses and our prospects in non standard approaches
Ability to pivot: Can rapidly change strategies and tactics in order to accommodate our business needs
Mentor: Wants to be a trusted advisor and mentor to their colleagues
