Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. is a construction company that values relationships and integrity. They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to manage office operations, support staff, and maintain organization within the office environment.

Responsibilities
Answer multi-line phone system calls and direct them appropriately
Greet and accommodate visitors with approachability and hospitality
Handle daily mail and packages (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and overall appearance
Perform daily opening and closing office procedures
Order and manage office supplies, apparel, snacks, and drinks
Scan, file, and organize documents
Assist in collection and management of subcontractor insurance and background checks
Support departments as needed (Accounting, Operations, etc.)
Coordinate travel, training, and meetings
Coordinate and place lunch orders for staff as required
Run errands in town as needed (mileage reimbursed)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Part-Time Administrative Assistant, preferred hours of 9:00am-3:00pm, with a one-hour lunch
Previous office experience, including multi-line phone systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team in an office environment
Montana Notary
