Responsibilities

Provide senior operational leadership across a campus-style hospitality environment, including lodging, food & beverage, wellness, programming, facilities, and guest experience

Oversee the seamless execution of multi-day group programs with complex schedules, facilitators, and experiential elements

Ensure the guest journey is consistent, calm, and aligned with wellness-oriented service principles

Partner closely with leadership and programming teams to align operational delivery with mission and values

Establish and uphold service standards that prioritize presence, intention, and consistency

Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders with an emphasis on culture, accountability, and emotional intelligence

Maintain fiscal oversight including budgeting, forecasting, labor strategy, and cost controls

Leverage guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement

Serve as a visible, grounded leadership presence across the campus
