Responsibilities
Responsible for daily general ledgers and journal entries
Check data accuracy and update for general accounting
Process monthly and year end closings, preparing and participating in internal and external audits
Support Accounts Payable team with various tasks
Responsible for using Excel to analyze and report financial figures to managers upon requests
Assist with company`s internal managerial accounting tasks
Participate, contribute, and handle various company corporate activities focusing on deeper thinking, value exchange, and constant improvement
Perform other duties as assigned an a member of the Operations department
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience of general accounting, with background and experience in Accounts Payable as a must
Detail-Oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Flexible, open minded individual who seeks for continuous improvement of tasks
Strong analyzation and problem solving skills
Able to work with minimum supervision
3+ years of corporate accounting experience, AP experience needed
Must have experience working in a fast-paced, growing company with over 100 employees
Proficiency of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
Experience in manufacturing or similar industry is a plus
