Perro Verde is a mezcal brand rooted in a 120-year-old family heritage in Oaxaca. They are seeking a full-time hybrid Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth office operations and assisting senior executives with various tasks.

Assisting senior executives with administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and managing schedules
Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting senior staff with scheduling and correspondence
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling applications)
Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar industry, is highly desirable
An associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
