SAIC is seeking a skilled, resourceful, and dynamic Program Manager to join the Surface and Aviation Solutions (SAS) team in support of the Navy Business Group's effort. The Program Manager will oversee complex engineering teams, act as the primary interface with government authorities, and manage project resources to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Assist the Operations Director oversee complex, multidisciplinary engineering teams in an innovative, dynamic, and dispersed work environment

Ability to articulate and communicate across all levels of program personnel up to and including senior executives

Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort

Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues

Oversee Contractor execution of the contract requirements

Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources

Support project team in the execution of day-to-day tasks, helping ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget

Track and report project performance metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Ensure financial oversight with assistance from the program's project controller and contracts' administrator

Drive business and staff development, briefing leadership on program status, milestones, and progress against the contractual objectives

Produce relevant contract artifacts, including CDRLs, procurement, travel, and EWW requests
