Start in 2026 SummerHLK is an innovative and dynamic advertising agency seeking Art Director interns for their Summer 2026 Launchpad Internship Program. Interns will gain real experience by working collaboratively on agency projects, developing creative solutions, and supporting campaign launches.

Responsibilities
Brief your fellow Launchpad interns on a creative new campaign
Bring practical problem solving skills and proactive mindset to support your internal team
Capture documents and organize communication and feedback to share with the team
Support the build and launch of your campaign
Schedule and lead calls throughout your campaign
Define key campaign milestones and actively monitor project progress to ensure on-time and on-brief delivery
Qualification
Required
Talented and driven individuals who understand that 'good enough' is never good enough
Desire to understand and gain experience in the advertising business
Ability to work collaboratively with copywriters, strategists, and other departments
Skills to create polished presentations that demonstrate a clear vision
Solid typographic skills and a good sense of composition and color
Ability to draw inspiration from the latest techniques of design, graphics, layout, typography, and photography
Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to capture documents and organize communication and feedback
Skills to support the build and launch of campaigns
Ability to schedule and lead calls throughout campaigns
Skills to define key campaign milestones and actively monitor project progress
