Responsibilities

Build and enhance user interfaces using Angular and other modern UI technologies

Implement backend services and APIs using Spring Boot and integrate with databases such as MongoDB

Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables

Document technical processes and workflows for future reference

Support testing cycles and production deployments in an agile development environment

Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement

Required

6+ months of Technology Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Proficiency with Spring Boot for building and maintaining backend services and APIs that support mortgage and CRM applications

Ability to develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular, including creating UI components, managing data binding, and implementing front-end functionality

Knowledge of MongoDB for managing and querying data in application workflows, including designing schemas, performing CRUD operations, and working with NoSQL structures

Exposure to AI concepts or tools, demonstrated through coursework, certifications, or projects (e.g., building simple models or using AI APIs)

Familiarity with Agile development practices, such as participating in sprints and stand-ups

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Clear and professional communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including managing email and calendars in Outlook and creating presentations in PowerPoint
