Responsibilities

Representing the T-Mobile brand in the local business market by acting as a professional point of contact for business clients and introducing them to telecom and connectivity solutions that support everyday operations and long-term growth
Meeting business clients face-to-face across Wilmington, building rapport with decision-makers and learning how their teams currently communicate and operate
Developing consultative B2B sales skills through structured training and real-world experience, learning how to ask the right questions, identify client needs, and position tailored solutions with confidence and clarity
Delivering professional sales presentations by clearly explaining T-Mobile business products and services, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions
Managing and developing client relationships by following up with clients, supporting existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand services where appropriate
Working closely with senior account executives and sales leaders, receiving regular coaching, feedback, and support as part of the Wilmington expansion
Staying organised and performance-focused by tracking meetings, activity, and outcomes to support consistent progress and development

Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging business owners in a professional setting

Preferred

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or entry-level sales is helpful but not required
