Responsibilities

Help local workforce boards, county job centers, and contractors with questions or issues about the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program

Answer calls and emails that come to the RESEA program

Participate in bi-weekly All-staff meetings with partners

Analyze and deliver program data reports routinely and as requested

Develop and deliver program training sessions and routinely update the training materials

Provide on-site visits, presentations, and technical assistance as needed

Review RESEA data entries and provide feedback to Local Workforce Areas as applicable
