Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and executing initiatives related to corporate governance
Supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of frameworks for managing company-wide policies and procedures, managing necessity reporting
Responsible for general corporate planning tasks assigned by managers on an ad-hoc basis
Oversees management operations for affiliated companies and investment entities
Supports the drafting, review, and administration of contracts with affiliates and investment targets
Assists in establishing and maintaining frameworks necessary for effective management operations
Manages application and approval processes for affiliates and investment entities
Conducts loan management operations
Prepares and coordinates necessary documentation and manages internal approval processes
Ensures compliance with all required internal and external procedures and systems related to asset management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher along with 2-3 years of experience
English / Japanese bilingual (reading/writing/speaking)
Ability to understand policies and procedures written in Japanese and English
Excellent business e-mail writing skill
Excellent interpersonal skill
Preferred
Working Experience In Banking Industry
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
